About Medi Wallet

MediWallet is a flexible and affordable payment solution for many South African’s who are unable to afford medical aid.
MediWallet is not a medical scheme and the cover (benefits and contributions) is not the same as that of a medical scheme. Build your own cover to suit your pocket using a combination of 3 months interest free Medical Credit and Medical Vouchers to send to loved ones.

Customers can apply as follows:

1. SMS (pre-approval) – SMS SA ID Number*Gross Monthly Income to 45105 and they will receive a pre-approval decision via SMS within 30 seconds.

2. Online signup – www.mediwallet.co.za/doiqualify

3. Scan the QR code

4. Physical application form – This form can be sent to enquiries@mediwallet.co.za.

• Our call centre will request documents from customers (colour copy of their ID and latest 3 months bank statements).

• Customers can be approved within 30 minutes (customer dependent)

• The customer selects their chosen practice on the application – this practice receives the notifications via email on their application status (application completed, extended checks in process, approval).
